Mr. Sica is a life long resident of Bergen County. He obtained his MBA in finance at Fairleigh Dickinson University and is an active member of numerous local Chambers of Commerce. Mr. Sica is also a state certified real estate appraiser.

Robert G. Ebel, our top sales consultant, has been in the real estate industry for over 25 years. His background started on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, where he was the number one sales person in his company. Clients included the likes of Peter Tishman and Barbara Corcoran. Robert not only sold individual units, but also established sales offices in new construction buildings as well. Developers who worked closely with Mr. Ebel were Shep Waldman and Buchbinder and Warren. Mr. Ebel has also sat on the board of both condominiums and cooperatives as the sponsor's representative.
